The Simple SEO License
Purchase of The Simple SEO grants you access on 2 computers. Distribution of your access information is against our Terms Of Service. If access is attempted from a 3rd location, your account will be locked until you contact us. Our program tracks IP addresses and will have record of any such attempts. If there are repeated attempts of unauthorized logins your account is subject to termination.
The Simple SEO Is a Training Manual and SEO Guide
This program is information and training that you apply yourself, so we do not offer any guarantees of specific results, but we do assure you that the knowledge is valuable and ethical.
The Simple SEO Ethics
The Simple SEO includes 100% ethical Search Engine Optimization practices and abides by the rules and regulations of search engines. We cannot be responsible for your SEO choices, but we recommend that you always follow good practices and build your business on an ethically optimized website.
The Simple SEO Does Not Claim Authority
The Simple SEO does not claim to be an “SEO Fact Authority”. SEO in general is an area that is a continuous learning experience, even for professionals. At The Simple SEO, we are here to provide a comprehensive guide covering what we have learned through our experience, and make the information available to you in a format that educates you so that you can make your own SEO choices.
Release From Accountability
In using this program, you agree that The Simple SEO cannot be held responsible, legally or otherwise, for your SEO results or for the effects that using this training manual has on your website or business. Everything in this training manual is merely recommendation and does not claim to be “fact” or “certified training”.
Technical Support
We also do not offer custom SEO counseling, so while we are here if you are having technical support issues with the actual manual or your account, we do not offer SEO question support. Everything you need to complete your website SEO process is already included in the training manual.
No Trial Periods Or Refunds
At this time, The Simple SEO does not offer ‘Trial Periods’ or refunds. Due to our product being entirely digital in nature, we feel that offering Trial Periods and refunds puts us at too high of a risk for content theft or false purchases. While we understand that many digital memberships offer Trial Periods, we feel that the organized structure of our product makes it unique, and again, we feel we would put our product at risk.
Third Party Information
The Simple SEO process combines our personal and professional SEO experience with references to free third party tools and information. These third party tools and information are referred to because they are valuable and beneficial, and we use them in our own SEO process. The Simple SEO is not in any way associated with the third party organizations that are referenced. Our information regarding these third party items is provided based on our experience with these items and is not a reflection of the third parties. They are not associated with, or responsible for any of the information we provide. Please also understand that we cannot provide technical support for, or guarantee of the third party items, but rest assured that we have properly researched our information and maintain the most current information pertaining to them.
By using this website, you agree to the above terms & conditions.
